Today Georgia marks the 101st anniversary of the first Constitution. Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili congratulates the population on this day, claiming “the current version of the Constitution is a continuation of the spirit of the first Constitution and is the foundation of a free, democratic, European Georgia.”
