Para Judo: Levan Gugava secures title of World Champion #1TVSPORT

Georgian para judoka Levan Gugava (J2, 81 kg) secured the title of World Champion.

Gugava defeated his Kazakh opponent in the final match, securing the Georgian national team’s second gold medal of the tournament. Levan Gugava is also a two-time European champion.

On September 25, at the World Championship taking place in Tbilisi, Saba Baghdavadze (J1, 81 kg) won a gold medal for Georgia.
