Our government strictly adheres to sanctions regime, PM Kobakhidze says
“Our government is very strict about the sanctions regime. There was a lot of speculation, and then various monitoring missions came to our country, including American, European, and British missions, and everyone confirmed that all statements about evading sanctions were completely speculative,” Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told journalists.
The head of government emphasized that this also applies to Kulevi.
“In reality, everything is clear here. We shared the relevant information with European structures, which confirms that no such fact has occurred. Our government strictly adheres to the sanctions regime. There was a lot of speculation, and then various monitoring missions arrived in our country, including American, European, and British missions, and everyone confirmed that all statements regarding the circumvention of sanctions were completely speculative. This also applies to Kulevi. In this regard, we sent full information to European structures,” the Prime Minister said.
