Opposition MP pledges to complete consultations over unified message to voters shortly
“We are not speaking about unified lists or technical merging. The opposition should have a unified message for the voters,” said opposition MP Khatia Dekanoidze.
According to Dekanoidze, “consultations on re-grouping” of the opposition parties for the upcoming parliamentary elections will be completed shortly.
“We should have a unified communication message to deliver to the voters. The consultations on re-grouping around an ideology and according to unities will be completed shortly. Everyone should acknowledge that no votes should be lost and go to the money box of the opposition.
The Georgian Dream has no chance in the parliamentary elections. We plan to elaborate a unified, strategic message oriented on people’s interests to counter the Georgian Dream. I don’t think that this will be a unified technical list. Probably, this will be a group, a larger unity. I support a larger union that will ensure less dispersion of votes. We should be very effective in terms of strategic communication with the voters,” she said.
