Opposition leaders, supporters march to Station Square
Opposition leaders and their supporters have taken to the streets, marching from the Court of Appeal to Station Square, chanting, “Where are we going, to Europe.”
Opposition leaders leading the march include Nika Melia, Giorgi Vashadze, Tina Bokuchava, Mamuka Khazaradze, Badri Japaridze, Saba Buadze, Zurab Japaridze, and Sopo Japaridze.
Opposition leaders appeared at the Court of Appeal today. Although a rally at the Sports Palace was announced yesterday, the opposition adjusted its plans following a decision from the Tetritskaro court. Leaders emphasized the importance of demanding fair hearings from the Court of Appeal. Additionally, the hearings scheduled at the Court of Appeal for today have been postponed.
