Ioseb Nanobashvili, Georgian Ambassador Plenipotentiary in Greece reports that one of the two Georgian citizens missing in forest wildfires has been found and rescued. The other citizen is still looked for.
“The woman, who was in fact in fire epicenter, is safe together with her family. No other notifications have been received by the embassy,” Nanobashvili said.
According to the Georgian Embassy in Greece, the consulate department continues search of one Georgian citizen together with Greek Ministry of Internal Affairs. There are no Georgian citizens among those hospitalized for the time being.

According to Foreign Ministry, three Georgian citizens contacted the Embassy last night. One person was brought to a safer place from the raging fire zone.
