An official welcoming ceremony for the President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili, was held at the Palace of Serbia.

Mikheil Kavelashvili, accompanied by his delegation, was received by the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić.

As part of the official visit, Mikheil Kavelashvili and Aleksandar Vučić are scheduled to hold both a face-to-face meeting and an expanded-format discussion, followed by a joint statement to the media. The President of Georgia will also meet with Prime Minister Đuro Macut and the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ana Brnabić.

The Georgian delegation includes Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili, Members of Parliament Irakli Mezurnishvili, Irma Zavradashvili, and Guram Macharashvili, Ambassador of Georgia to Serbia Levan Beridze, and representatives of the Administration of the President of Georgia.

The official visit of the President of Georgia to Belgrade will conclude on December 19.
