An official welcoming ceremony for Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev was held at the Presidential Palace of Georgia. A face-to-face meeting between Mikheil Kavelashvili and Ilham Aliyev is scheduled today.
As part of his visit to Georgia, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, together with his wife, laid a wreath at the Memorial to Heroes Who Died for the Unity of Georgia.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Tbilisi today. As part of his state visit to Georgia, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan will meet with the President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili, and the Prime Minister, Irakli Kobakhidze.
In addition, as part of the visit, Ilham Aliyev will pay tribute to the memory of Azerbaijan’s national leader, Heydar Aliyev.
