Occupying force kills Georgian during illegal detention

A Georgian citizen has been killed during his illegal detention in the occupied territory of Kirbali village, the State Security Service of Georgia (SSG) said on Monday.

Reportedly, the victim was slain by a gunshot fired by Russian occupying forces, while another Georgian was wounded but apprehended.

“Active communication is underway using all the tools at the disposal of the central government of Georgia,” the SSG added.
