The anti-transparency bill protest participants marched towards the Atoneli Presidential Palace planning to meet President Salome Zourabichvili. However, the meeting between the President and youngsters did not take place.

Protesters said they had the expectation that the President would meet them. The protesters’ intention was to express their respect to President Zourabichvili for her latest moves including her stance to veto the bill On Transparency of Foreign Influence and pardon Lazare Grigoriadis, the youth detained during March 7-9 protests.
