NEA Specialists monitor situation in Kursebi village, its nearby territories

The specialists of the National Environment Agency (NEA) continue to monitor the current situation in the village of Kursebi, Tkibuli Municipality and nearby territories.

According to the NEA, at this time, the processes in the upper part of the landslide body contour (the cutting edge) have entered the stabilization phase, while in its lower part, on the left slope of the Tskaltsitela River (Kutaisi-Tkibuli-Ambrolauri road section), dynamics are still observed.

The NEA added that through communication with the municipality, the groups of geologists are assessing each individual family, not only in the settlement surrounding the landslide, but also in the rest of the village.
