Nathalie Loiseau: Don’t we see repressions on peaceful demonstrators, arrests, beatings?

“Have we become blind? Do we not see the repressions on these peaceful demonstrators? The arrests, the beatings?” said MEP Nathalie Loiseau in the European Parliament which is holding a debate on Georgia

“Do we not see the repression on these peaceful demonstrators? The arrests, the beatings? Journalists and opposition members thrown in prison. We see that, a cloud has over the country an alignment with Moscow. Are we impotent? Will we not apply sanctions to donors of Georgian Dream? Who wants to turn Georgia into a new Russia?” she said.
