Municipal transport to be free on January 1 and 7

Municipal transport in Tbilisi will be free on January 1 and 7 serving passengers till 3 am, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze said.

At the city government sitting, Kaladze spoke about various New Year activities planned to take place in Georgia’s capital.

He also thanked Tbilisi residents and employees of the Tbilisi City Hall for their support and wished everyone a Happy New Year.

“First of all, I want to wish you health, which is the most precious and most important thing for every person. Of course, I want to wish peace to my people and my homeland. I want to wish peace to all those countries, and to those people who are facing the biggest problems today. I want to wish peace to the whole world, to our friendly Ukrainian people”, said Kakha Kaladze.
