Mtkvari River to drop to its natural level in Tbilisi, Mtskheta, for three days

EP Georgia Generation will perform maintenance on the Zahesi HPP and Ortachala HPP water reservoirs on May 13-15.

The reservoirs will be washed to preserve their usable volume and remove accumulated rubbish.

“As a result, the water level in the Mtkvari bed in Tbilisi and Mtskheta will drop and return to its natural level,” the company stated.
