Georgian MPs congratulate Muslims on Novruz Bayrami

Chairman of the parliamentary Diaspora and Caucasus Affairs Committee Beka Odisharia and members of the parliament congratulated Muslim citizens of Georgia on the Novruz Bayramı holiday.
They visited Mirza Fatali Akhundov Azerbaijani Culture Museum and delivered traditional Georgian sweets.
“The holiday has been celebrated either in Marneuli, Tbilisi or Gardabani together with our countrymen for 30 years. It became an integral and common holiday both for Georgian and Azerbaijani people,” said Sozar Subari, MP of the Georgian Dream party.
Novruz Bayramı is a traditional holiday that celebrates the New Year and the coming of Spring.
