MP Machavariani: Bokuchava found out she was replaced while in her car; this shows UNM voters how little UNM cares about people

MP Levan Machavariani, a member of the parliamentary majority, claimed that Tina Bokuchava, current UNM chair, was left to find out about the party’s new chairmanship candidate while travelling in her car. Branding the incident ‘deeply humiliating’, Machavariani argued it proves that individual rights and people mean absolutely nothing to the United National Movement (UNM).

Furthermore, Levan Machavariani asserted that the Opposition Alliance has no future.

“Nanuka Zhorzholiani and Tina Bokuchava are fighting for the position of Misha Saakashvili’s favourite. These people stoop to absolute lows, which surprises no one anymore. Look how humiliatingly they treated Tina Bokuchava; she found out about the new chairperson whilst in her car.
After this, the UNM electorate should no longer be surprised by how humiliatingly they used to treat the general public, and just how little a human being and human rights mean to them.

This Opposition Alliance has no future whatsoever. They are putting themselves in a desperate position when they speak of future plans. All of this, including their mergers, breakups, and theatrical performances, is being orchestrated at the behest of their external superiors,” Levan Machavariani stated.
