Movement fully restored on Tbilisi Metro’s first line, City Hall says

Movement on the first line of the Tbilisi Metro has been fully restored, Tbilisi City Hall reported.

According to the statement, the disruption was caused by damage to a train, which led to the suspension of passenger service between the “Station Square” and “Akhmeteli Theater” metro stations.

“At this stage, both lines of the Tbilisi Metro are operating normally and serving passengers as usual,” the statement said.
