Ministry of Agriculture unveils new state program to support farmers

The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture has introduced a new initiative—the State Program for Agricultural Financing—which provides a modern and improved model of support for the agricultural sector.

The program aims to establish a unified, integrated, transparent, and results-oriented system. Beneficiaries will be selected based on predefined and transparent criteria, ensuring fairness and efficiency throughout the process.

It also envisions the targeted selection of priority sectors, which will contribute to the optimal allocation of resources and the achievement of maximum results.

Within the framework of the program, modern tools and mechanisms will be introduced, databases will be developed, and the monitoring system will be strengthened. This will enable continuous analysis of processes, evaluation of outcomes, and effective use of budgetary funds.

Special emphasis will be placed on strengthening the commercialization of agricultural activities, which is expected to support the sustainable development of the sector and enhance the country’s food security.
