Migration Department deports 107 foreign nationals from Georgia

Officers from the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), working in coordination with relevant law enforcement divisions, have deported 107 foreign nationals from Georgia in recent days.

According to the MIA, a series of complex enforcement operations led to the removal of citizens from multiple countries, including Jordan, India, Egypt, Lebanon, Algeria, the Philippines, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Turkiye, Russia, China, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Iraq, Kenya, Nepal, Nigeria, Thailand and other states.

All deported individuals have received re-entry bans prohibiting their return under existing legislation.

To date this year, the Migration Department has deported approximately 3,300 foreign citizens.
