MIA: Suspect in attack on Onise Okriashvili reports to Police

The individual suspected of attacking Onise Okriashvili has voluntarily appeared at the Vake-Saburtalo Police Department, Georgia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) said.

According to the ministry, the suspect is currently being questioned in connection with the alleged offense while other investigative activities are underway.

“The investigation is being conducted under Article 126 of the Criminal Code of Georgia. We will provide the public with additional information in the near future,” the MIA said in a statement.
