MIA investigators undergo training

United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) organized training for investigators of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

Deputy Interior Minister Shalva Bedoidze and the US Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan attended the training closing ceremony. They awarded certificates to the course graduates.

Deputy Minister and the Ambassador underlined the importance of training and experience sharing as part of the close cooperation between the US and Georgia in fight against drug-related crimes.
