Members of the movement ‘Dare’ put a padlock on the fence of the President’s residence. As protesters state, they aimed to put a padlock on the door of the residence, but they were not allowed by law enforcers.
According to law enforcers, in order not to block the building, the protesters could put a padlock on the gate that does not open.
