Man, whom Russian occupation forces attempted to illegally arrest, placed at clinic
A man, whom the Russian occupation forces attempted to illegally arrest on April 21 in the vicinity of Chvrinisi village of the Kareli Municipality, is placed at a clinic. The man’s wife told the GPB’s First Channel that he has injuries in his face.
She said she and her husband resisted the attackers. The couple was pasturing the cattle when the Russian occupants tried to detain them. They tried to call for help but the neighbors could not dare to reach them. Then the police arrived and the occupants escaped.
The Russian occupation forces attempted to illegally arrest two Georgian citizens near Chvrinisi village in the Kareli Municipality, the State Security Service of Georgia (SSG) reported on Friday.
The duo resisted the attackers, while the Russian troops hastily fled the scene when the police officers arrived.
