Man from occupied Akhalgori dies on his way to the hospital in Tbilisi
A 63-year-old man living in occupied Akhalgori has lost his life inside a car while being taken to the hospital in Tbilisi. According to Akhalgori governor Nugzar Tinikashvili, the patient needed medical treatment, but he was not allowed to enter the territory controlled by the Georgian Central government.
“This man was asking for medical treatment, but the occupation regime did not allow him to cross the border. They made a decision when his health state aggravated. He died on his way to the hospital in Tbilisi. He was brought by the Red Cross,” Nugzar Tinikashvili told Georgian First Channel.
