Maintenance work causes temporary water interruption in Tbilisi

The water supply company, Georgian Water and Power, has announced that water supply will be temporarily limited in the Vake-Saburtalo, Mtatsminda-Krtsanisi, and Didube-Chugureti districts of Tbilisi due to works on the main water supply pipe.

“On January 17, necessary switching works will be carried out on the main Georgian Water and Power water supply pipe. The technical teams will switch to the newly replaced section of the main network starting at 01:00 on January 17.

The water supply will be limited from 01 a.m. on January 17 to 8 a.m. on January 18,” the company states.
