Machalikashvili’s family introduces details of meeting with Irakli Shotadze to Pankisi locals

Family members of Temirlan Machalikashvili, 19-year-old youth killed in a special operation in Duisi village, introduced the details of February 2 meeting with Irakli Shotadze, Chief Prosecutor of Georgia, to Pankisi locals.

Malkhaz Machalikashvili, father of the deceased youth said that the main questions still remained unanswered. The family demands recognition of the family as victim in the case.

In parallel, lawyers are preparing a lawsuit to be presented in the European Court of Human Rights. Lawyers also plan to conduct ballistic expertise in Duisi village next week.
