Louisa Vinton: Restrictions on dividing line have direct humanitarian consequences for conflict-affected population

When restrictions are imposed on the dividing administrative line, this has immediate and direct humanitarian consequences for the conflict-affected population who are very sensitive to the threats, – said Louisa Vinton, Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Georgia.

“It is important to reduce tension as much as possible. There are obvious problems with freedom of movement, as when restrictions are imposed, this has immediate and direct humanitarian consequences for the conflict-affected population who are very sensitive to the threats” – said Louisa Vinton.
