Mitropolitan Shio (Mujiri), the locum tenens of the patriarchal throne, will conduct a sermon to commemorate late Catholicos-Patriarch Ilia II at Sioni Cathedral on March 29.

“Mitropolitan Shio (Mujiri) of Senaki and Chkhorotsku and the Locum Tenens of the Patriarchal Throne will conduct a church service in Sioni Cathedral at 10 a.m. on March 29. He will deliver a sermon in commemoration of late Catholicos-Patriarch Ilia II,” the Public Relations Service of the Georgian Patriarchate said.
