Local Economic Development Forum opens on June 6

The 14th Local Economic Development Forum, organized by the Economic Development Municipal Service of Tbilisi City Hall, will open on June 6, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze said at the municipal government meeting.

According to Kakha Kaladze, the forum will review a healthy city concept, renewable energy consumption, sustainable socioeconomic development, ecologic transport networks and other issues.

“The Forum Healthy City – Green, Ecologically Clean Environment, Flexible and Sustainable Urban Development has turned into a platform for the exchange of ideas and decision-making.

Within the framework of the event, Tbilisi annually hosts local and international speakers, experts, and academic circles. We always support holding such forums since various initiatives and ideas are of great help to us,” Kaladze said.
