Levan Moseshvili: Kutaisi Airport became significant hub for Georgia’s economic and tourism development
According to the General Director of the United Airports of Georgia, Levan Moseshvili, Kutaisi International Airport has become a significant hub for Georgia’s economic and tourism development over the years.
He noted that the renovated Kutaisi International Airport is celebrating its 13th anniversary.
“The airport is marking this milestone together with its partner companies, offering passengers special deals and pleasant surprises throughout the week. This is a success story closely linked to the overall progress of Georgian aviation.
Over the past 13 years, the airport has undergone complete renovation, expanded six times, and served more than 8.8 million passengers. Today, Kutaisi Airport is regarded as one of the fastest-growing airports in Europe and plays an important role in Georgia’s economic and tourism development,” said Moseshvili.
