Not only because it’s inconceivable that the German state would enter such relationships without following proper procedures, but also because he knew precisely about this normative act, the document’s official registration number and all other formalities. Today, this document is already registered in the Public Registry. It is public and accessible!

For reference, the Anti-Corruption Bureau has launched an investigation into Mamuka Khazaradze’s property declaration in connection with the rental contract with the German Ambassador.
