Latvian delegation visits MIA

Border Defense delegation from Latvia is paying an official visit to the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

Deputy Interior Minister Giorgi Butkhuzi hosted the delegation. Border Police Head Nikoloz Sharadze and Director of the Patrol Police Department Vazha Siradze attended the meeting. The delegation head introduced the new Migration Alliance Officer to the Deputy Minister.

The sides spoke about cooperation between law enforcement agencies and set future action plans. Giorgi Butkhuzi stressed the significance of prolific cooperation with the Latvian colleagues.
