Khvicha Kvaratskhelia named best player of Serie A national league

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, a Georgian professional footballer who plays as a left winger for Serie A Italian club Napoli, has been named as the best player of the Serie A national league 2022-2023 season.

Kvaratskhelia, played the biggest role in Napoli’s securing their lead at the top of the national league’s table with his match-winning contributions as a result the club won their first Serie A title in 33 years following a 1-1 draw against Udinese.

He made 33 Serie A appearances, scoring 12 goals and contributing 10 assists before the last 38th round of Serie A.

The 22-year-old Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is the first Georgian footballer recognized as the best player in the top European championship.
