Khvicha Kvaratskhelia included in UEFA Champions League Team of the Season 2025/26

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has been named in the UEFA Champions League Team of the Season 2025/26, selected by UEFA’s technical observer group.

In the current campaign, Kvaratskhelia scored 10 goals and provided 6 assists in the Champions League. In the final against Arsenal F.C., he won a penalty that helped Paris Saint-Germain level the score.

He also became the first player in the tournament’s history to record a goal contribution (goal or assist) in seven consecutive knockout matches. Prior to being named in the Team of the Season, UEFA also recognized him as the competition’s best player of the season.
