Through the presidential election, people sent us a message, the feeling that we all had – a lot of things need to be changed in the country, –  Kakha Kaladze, General Secretary of the “Georgian Dream” stated about it at today’s briefing.

According to him, the results of the first round of the presidential elections showed a number of important things.

As Kaladze noted, together with the Georgian people, under the ruling of “Georgian Dream”, it was managed to live in a democratic state, in which “Georgian Dream” returned confidence and freedom of choice back to the people.

‘The need for appointing the second round run-off in order to reveal the winner of the presidential election indicates a high political standard we established in Georgia, which is clearly visible for the international community and each citizen. Georgian Dream is and will be the guarantee that elections in Georgia will never be rigged.
