Kakha Kaladze – Everybody should remember that nobody will be allowed to cause disorder
The National Movement Party plans to hold a march-manifestation on October 19, 20 and 21 at Freedom Square and Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi. The party has already applied Tbilisi City Hall with a corresponding letter.
Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze talked about the letter during the city governmental sitting. Kaladze said that the right to freedom of expression was protected in the country and that the relevant services would ensure public order.
Tbilisi Mayor said that the planned activity was an attempt of radicalism on part of the National Movement Party. According to Kaladze, the party was trying to cause tension with pre-election propaganda by speculating with different issues such as the cases related to Omega Group and Mirza Subeliani (former high-ranking official of Prosecutor’s Office).
“However, everybody should remember that nobody will be allowed to cause disorder and destabilization in the country. A corresponding reaction will follow to making any step against the law,” Kaladze claimed.
