Kaja Kallas: Georgia has no viable path to EU at this stage unless conditions change dramatically

“Georgia has no viable path to the EU at this stage unless conditions change dramatically,” EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas said at the press conference on the 2025 enlargement package in Brussels.

Kaja Kallas said that Georgia is now a candidate country in name only.

“Georgia has no viable path to the EU at this stage unless conditions change dramatically. It is now a candidate country in name only,” EU High Representative noted.
