“Any new government must be formed through free and fair elections”, Joe Wilson, the chairman of the Helsinki Commission, Republican congressman and author of the Megobari Act, wrote on social media.

“After reviewing the OSCE/ODIHR report on the election in Georgia, I reiterate what I said earlier: the de facto Georgian Dream government is not legitimate. President Salome Zourabichvili is the only legitimate force. Any new government must be formed through free and fair elections,” Joe Wilson wrote.
