Israeli citizen found dead in Gergeti village

Officers of Emergency Situations Management Service 112 found a citizen of Israel dead in Gergeti village of Kazbegi region.

The Service employees launched search activities after they received a call on July 1. The person fell in the ravine and was missing.

According to the Israeli media, the person is a former military officer who worked as a tourist guide in Georgia. The corpse will be repatriated to Israel on July 4.
