Irakli Kobakhidze: Electoral reform process is based on the recommendations of OSCE and all key issues will be agreed

According to the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, the process of electoral reform is based on the recommendations of the OSCE and all the key issues will be agreed.

As Irakli Kobakhidze noted, the first and most important meeting on electoral reform has been held today.

“We are starting a complicated, but interesting process. OSCE presented its recommendations on electoral legislation. 27 recommendations were submitted, the workflow will be based mainly on these recommendations. Each point will be discussed, and I am sure that we will be able to coordinate positions on all key issues”, – Irakli Kobakhidze said.
