We provided the diplomatic corps and observers with the detailed information about the provocations planned by the National Movement against Salome Zurabishvili in Adjara region, – Irakli Kobakhidze, Speaker of the Parliament said at the briefing held at the party office today.

According to him, the mentioned information includes specific names and surnames of them, who planned these provocations.

“Today we have provided the diplomatic corps and diplomats with detailed information about the provocations planned by the National Movement against Salome Zurabishvili in Adjara region and our information included specific names and surnames of people who planned these provocations. Later, these provocations were realized by the mentioned persons. We will provide diplomatic corps and observers with permanent information about specific provocations and actions that are far from European standards.

Salome Zurabishvili, the candidate who is supported by the Georgian Dream, will defiantly win the first round. The National Movement will receive a befitting reply from the voters for all the crimes, committed by this marginal party during 9 years, including for handing over two historical regions of Georgia to Russia”  – Irakli Kobakhidze said.

An incident took place at the meeting held between independent presidential candidate Salome Zurabishvili and voters in Batumi city. When Presidential Candidate was delivering her speech, one of the citizens Aslan Vashakmadze started shouting. Vashakmadze was expelled from the meeting room by supporters of Zurabishvili.
