Irakli Kikvadze has been elected as the Director of Adjara Television and Radio for a three-year term.
The decision was made during a session of the Board of Trustees of the Georgian Public Broadcaster, where eight out of 11 board members attended. Kikvadze’s candidacy received the support of seven members, while one member voted against it.
The session included an interview with the candidate, followed by the formal vote. Kikvadze will now assume leadership of the broadcaster for the next three years.
