The Joint NATO-Georgia Training and Evaluation Center (JTEC) successfully concluded the International Observers-Controllers Training (IOCT) course.
A total of 16 participants from five countries took part in the training, which encompassed both theoretical and practical components held at JTEC and the Norio training area.
The trainees gained insights into the roles and responsibilities of observer-controllers, as well as familiarized themselves with the intricacies of the operational environment and the methodologies employed in conducting post-action reviews.
Upon completion of the course, the participants will possess the capabilities to observe, train, and assess tactical-level units in line with NATO standards.
Lithuanian officers led the course together with the Georgian instructors.
