Internet providers will have to indicate quality parameters in the contract
Georgian National Communications Commission will make a decision on the Internet quality control in the nearest future – Kakha Bekauri, Chairman of the Georgian National Communications Commission made the regarding statement.
He said that according to the planned project, internet providers will have the obligation to indicate Internet quality parameters in the agreement.
“We were in active phase of this project, we held hearing last week. Decision on Internet quality control will be made in the nearest future; as a result companies will have to change agreements with customers. They will be given a three-month period for changing the contracts. The internet providers will have the obligation to indicate Internet quality parameters in the agreement”, – Kakha Bekauri said.
