The 17th International Wine and Alcoholic Beverages Exhibition WinExpo Georgia 2025 opened on Friday at Pavilion 11 of the ExpoGeorgia exhibition centre.
The National Wine Agency is implementing the state program for the promotion of Georgian wine production in the local market in coordination with the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia.
According to the National Wine Agency, the programme encompasses wine exhibitions, competitions and festivals across Georgia, aimed at boosting wine tourism potential and developing consumer wine culture.
Nearly 200 companies from seven countries – Germany, Armenia, Austria, Italy, France, Portugal and Turkey – are participating in the three-day exhibition.
A special WinExport Forum will bring together importers from various countries with Georgian winemakers to explore business opportunities.
The exhibition will also host the 15th Georgia International Wine Award competition, with a panel of renowned wine experts from around the world judging approximately 200 entries. Winners will be announced across seven categories, receiving gold, silver and bronze medals.
WinExpo Georgia 2025 runs until Sunday 8 June at ExpoGeorgia’s Pavilion 11 in Tbilisi.
