Georgian capital hosts international launch event for Trump Tower Tbilisi [Photos]

The Georgian capital hosted an official international launch ceremony for Trump Tower Tbilisi.

Addresses were delivered at the event by Lawrence J. Glick, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization; Robert Jaekel, Studio Director and Regional Residential Practice Area Leader at Gensler; Ilia Tsulaia, Founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Archi; Levan Pkhakadze, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Invia; Irakli Kobakhidze, the Prime Minister of Georgia; and Mariam Kvrivishvili, the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, joined the ceremony remotely via video link.

Trump Tower Tbilisi represents the first project under the Trump brand in the wider region.

According to the development firm Archi, Trump Tower Tbilisi is the flagship tower of the ambitious Downtown Tbilisi master development. The landmark project is set to establish a world-class benchmark for luxury real estate in the capital and marks a new era in the urban transformation of central Tbilisi.

The development is being executed in direct partnership with The Trump Organization.

Archi Group and Invia are the primary partners and lead developers of the project, with The Sapir Organization acting as co-developer. The investment group backing the landmark venture includes Block Stone Capital, Finvest, and Vector Group.

Executive vice presidents of The Trump Organization, including Lawrence J. Glick, Ron Lieberman, and Mike Vergara, attended the launch event in person. The Prime Minister of Georgia, senior government officials, project partners, international guests, prominent influencers, business sector leaders, local and international media representatives, and invited guests also attended the official presentation.
