International observers from Latvia and Malta: Elections well-organized and peaceful

International observers from Latvia and Malta praised the election process, noting that everything is proceeding smoothly and without problems.

Reinis Tocelovskis, an observer from Latvia, highlighted that voters find the current elections better organized than previous ones.

“The process is well organized. We have visited a couple of polling stations, speaking with people, also today and in previous days as well. What we see is that voters who come out of the polling stations are happy with the process. Some of them mention that this election is more well-organised than previous ones. I guess because there’s not so high tension as it was before. So far, it looks like it’s calm and peaceful,” Tocelovskis said.

Justine Gaspar, an observer from Malta, emphasized that locals trust the process and are content with how it is being conducted.

“I feel that everything is well-organized and running smoothly. The locals are happy, confident, and trust the process. We spoke with voters after they cast their ballots, and they seem to be happy with pre-voting and post-voting. Very good until now, I must say. We haven’t come across any issues. Hopefully, it will stay like that,” Gaspar stated.
