Inter-institutional commission evaluates implementation of national action plan in struggle against terrorism
The Permanent Inter-Institutional Commission chaired by Grigol Liluashvili, Head of State Security Service, evaluated the implementation of the national action plan and strategy in struggle against terrorism as satisfactory.
The Commission held the third sitting to report monitoring results for 2019. Liluashvili thanked various institutions for cooperation and their work. He stressed on the importance of coordination and talked about facing challenges.
The Permanent Inter-Institutional Commission was established at the order of the Georgian government. Its purpose is to determine Georgia’s united policy in struggle against terrorism and coordination of different institutions in prevention and aversion of terrorism in the country.
