IDFI Director and TV Formula crew attacked

Unidentified individuals verbally and physically assaulted the Director of the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI), Giorgi Klidiashvili, and a TV Formula camera crew.

The incident occurred outside the Swedish Embassy as Klidiashvili spoke to journalists.

Earlier in the day, some representatives of the non-governmental sector met with the Swedish Minister of International Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade, Johan Forssell, at the Swedish Embassy.
