Iberia’s Conference League opponents revealed

The opponents of Tbilisi-based Iberia in the league phase of the UEFA Conference League have been determined.

The 36 teams participating in the Conference League league phase were divided into six groups. Iberia’s opponents will be:

Copenhagen (Denmark), Crvena zvezda (Serbia), Getafe (Spain), Sint-Truiden (Belgium), Jablonec (Czech Republic) and Mjällby (Sweden)

The Georgian champions will host Crvena zvezda, Getafe and Mjällby in Tbilisi, while their matches against Copenhagen, Sint-Truiden and Jablonec will be played away.

The exact dates and kick-off times for the matches will be announced at a later date.

Iberia will also face two teams featuring Georgian players. Saba Sazonov plays for Getafe, while Vakhtang Chanturishvili represents Jablonec.
